Our Story
How did it start?
I’ve been working for myself in one way or another since I was about 10 years old. I started with the basics, taking neighbours’ bins in and out for a few dollars a week, washing cars on the weekend, doing newspaper rounds and even writing my own “quotes” for chores I was already supposed to be doing at home.
I didn’t realise it at the time, but I’ve always had that mindset of turning effort into value and taking pride in doing a job properly.
Years later, that same work ethic is what led to JBT Exterior Cleaning. I saw how many people struggled to find reliable exterior cleaning, someone who actually turns up, communicates clearly, and delivers a proper result without cutting corners.
What started as a small side hustle quickly became a full-time business. I genuinely enjoy the process — seeing the instant transformation, knowing the job’s been done right, and leaving a property better than I found it.
